Yes, you can technically use them in any version of RPG Maker, plenty of people already do. BUT my tilesets are not explicitly formatted to work with any version of RPG Maker. That means you will need some technically know-how if you want to make it work. You'll need to resize my art, then cut and paste the tiles into arrangements that work for your version. Or you can use a plugin that expands your capabilities. If you join the Mana Seed discord server (link on this page), you can ask other RPG Maker users how they managed to do certain things.
