If you're using Godot 4, you can install this free plugin to instantly create all the Farmer Sprite System animations right in the editor. Complete with all the clothing layers and even a palette swap shader. This will save you hours of work. Highly recommended!

This plugin was created by Feendrache and uses the same code that was used to make the official Sprite Customizer that comes with the Farmer Sprite System. You'll need to contact her directly if you have any trouble with the plugin. Please note this doesn't come with any art, you must still own the Farmer Sprite System for the plugin to work.
