Hi,
When you drew these sprites, were different parts/articles of clothing drawn on separate layers? If so, I'd be interested in seeing if I could potentially get them as split sheets!
Sorry, but no. I drew these all on a single layer.
Hello,
Does this work stylistically in combination with the 'NPC pack 2' and the 'Farmer Sprite System'?
...or does it only match the old 'Character base'?
All of my assets work stylistically together ππ½
thatβs good to hear.
The reason I asked is because in NPC pack #1 it says itβs made to work with the Character base, and in NPC pack #2 it says itβs made to work with the Farming system.
I guess you meant thematically and not stylistically?
They were just made at different times. The Farmer Sprite System was released more recently than the Character Base. I just changed the wording on both to make it less confusing π
Thanks for the quick replies!
Also, good to know. I got the farmer system but now I feel comfortable that I can expand my collection by buying both NPC packs as soon as my salary comes in a few days.π
I was wanting to customize the characters using MSFarmerSpriteCustomizer but I didnt know they came premade. Is there something I missed or a easy way to plug them into it. I was wanting to make soldiers without helmets and stuff.?
I guess what you missed is that the Farmer Sprite Customizer is for the Farmer Sprite System, and nothing else.
Am I allowed to edit the characters and use it for commercial projects too?
Absolutely! You can read the full license here.
Can we have a Seliel The sharper Npc ?
Maybe in NPC Pack #4 π
Hey,
Somehow i bought 2 of NPC pack 1 and not as i thought, one of each.
Can you help me on my mistake.
Tanks.
Yeah, I can see the double-purchase. I will email you a key for NPC Pack #2 π
Thanks alot ππ
Quick question. Can I make sprites of the NPC clothes that work with all the Base and Combat sprites, could I then sell them if it matches all the requirement for your guidelines?
That would be possible, yes. Provided you are drawing the clothing layers yourself. Come find me on my Discord server and we can discuss further π
I love the bard :)
He loves you too π΅πΆππ
*faint*
I wish so bad these all had 4 Directional walking animation!
(especially the Merchant!)
He's a big guy, he just doesn't want to get up π
You're in luck! Check the latest update ππ
Awesome work Seliel. As usual. Do you have any roadmap for combat animations for the basic character? Apart from spear and bow that are already done :)
Thanks for the compliment, but your follow-up question is unrelated to this asset.
yeah sorry got this in an email and was excited :)
No worries! You can visit my Patreon or Discord for news, updates, and future plans ππ
Do all these come in 16x16 cells or are they larger?
I'm not sure what you mean by cells, but the characters are generally around 32 pixels high, and arranged on one large sheet.
Update (08 Feb 2021): each NPC is now on its own smaller sheet.
Graphics are impressive as always. Are these already setup for any of the Rpgmakers or do you have to put them together for the sheets?
They are not configured for RPGMaker. You will need to use a graphic editor like Aseprite or Photoshop to rearrange them if you need them in a specific layout
Will all characters have walking animations at some point?
Nope! Well I don't have plans to, at least. The mother, old woman/man, and baby, will get walk cycles in an update (probably next month). But who knows what the future holds for the rest of them π€·ββοΈ
They do now! Check the latest update ππ
