2) Can I use this in an eventual tutorial for my game engine? I did code one, and I might create a sort of tutorial on how to use it, is this allowed ?

2) If you're creating a game engine that other people will use to make a game, you can't include any of my art. They will need to acquire it here from my page. Thanks for understanding 🙏🏽

Yes, absolutely! But they're not natively supported, so you may need to resize/rearrange tiles, or use a plugin to support custom tilesets.
